An unconventional judge in a troubled town

After 40 years away from his hometown, Judge Patrick Coburn (Robert Pugh - The Shadow Line , Robin Hood ) has returned to Dovefield, Liverpool (Northern England) to take charge of the innovative Public Justice Centre. No ordinary court, the PJC does away with wigs and wood paneling and takes a problem-solving approach to crime, drugs and anti-social behavior in an unloved part of a tough and suspicious town.
