Tea caddies became fashionable in the 1760s during the Colonial period. This exceptional tea caddy is decorated in brass and has three compartments. The right and left side were used to keep the tea safe and fresh and the middle section holds a glass (included) in which to mix the tea. Constructed of teak wood and measures 13" x 9.5" x 7".
