Return unopened merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date and we will exchange the item or refund the purchase price of the item. We are unable to accept returns of opened items, except defective items. Should you receive a defective item, return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date and we will replace it with the same product. All returns should be sent by regular mail; be sure to include a brief explanation with a copy of the invoice, which includes your name and address.
